When the CNC machine tool is processing the workpiece contour, the following error of each feed axis has a great influence on the synthetic contour error. Based on the characteristics of the CNC machine tool system, the root cause of the following error is analyzed, the relationship between the following error and the contour error is discussed when the linear contour is processed, the specific calculation formula is deduced, and the single-axis high-precision composite method is proposed. The control method reduces the following error, thereby further improving the precision of workpiece contour machining. Practice has proved that this method has certain feasibility.
The Mg-Al-Zn-X series magnesium alloy used for CNC machine tool parts was heat treated by different processes, and the microstructure, phase composition and room temperature damping performance were tested and compared. The results showed that proper heat treatment, It can effectively improve the damping performance of the alloy; and the effect of graded homogenization annealing is better than that of conventional homogenization annealing; when the strain amplitude is 10-2, the damping performance of conventional homogenization annealing is 66.67% higher than that without heat treatment, and the graded homogenization annealing It is increased by 87.10%.
